How to Use Your CBD Tincture

2. Determine Your Serving: Start low and go slow. We recommend beginning with a low amount (e.g., 1/4 to 1/2 dropper) and gradually increasing as needed to find what works best for you. Effects can vary based on individual factors like body weight, metabolism, and experience with CBD.

3. Administer Sublingually (Under the Tongue) for Best Absorption:

   • Fill the dropper to your desired level (refer to the markings on the dropper for precision).

   • Place the oil under your tongue.

   • Hold for 60–90 seconds to allow absorption through the mucous membranes.

   • Swallow the remaining oil.

   This method allows for faster onset, typically within 15–45 minutes.

4. Alternative Methods:

   • Add to food or beverages (e.g., smoothies, tea, or coffee) if you prefer not to hold it under your tongue. Note that ingestion may delay onset (up to 1–2 hours) as it processes through the digestive system and the overall potency effect.

   • Use consistently at the same time each day for best results.
